[How to join]

Click on the [Register] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward points.

Registering also saves you the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

- To view your customer group, sign in and go to My Account.

- Customer groups are based on your accumulated purchase amount from the past 6 months.

- Some coupons cannot be used with reward points.

- Guest orders are not counted for purchase amount.

- Coupons can only be redeemed once.


[How to deactivate account]

You can deactivate your account at My Account ▶ Profile ▶ Close account. 

- If you deactivate your account, all coupons you have will be deleted and cannot be restored upon re-registration.
- If there is an e-commerce transaction in progress (payment/delivery/exchange/return status) and the service used have not been completed,the account cannot be deactivated.

How to order


[How to order]

Order is processed as below:

Step 1: Search for products.

Step 2: Add products to cart.

Step 3: Sign in with your registered ID or choose to shop as guest.

Step 4: Fill in the order form.

Step 5: Proceed with payment.

Step 6: Complete the order and confirm your order number.


[How to View Order History]

You can view your completed orders at [Order History].

- Desktop: Click [My Account] on the lower right corner of the page.

- Mobile: Tap [Order History] under the [My Account] menu to view your orders from the past 3 months.

    - Shipping fee: Charged by weight

    - Items cannot be shipped partially or bundled with other orders.

    Goods imported from overseas are subject to customs and consumption taxes.

    Customs clearance fees are the recipient’s (customer’s) responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges


1. Cancellation (Before dispatch)

(1) To cancel your order, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.

- If your order status is in [Pending Shipment], please contact Customer Service to cancel your order.

※ Your refund may take several days to process after cancellation. Please note that your cancellation may be denied if your order status is in [Pending Shipment].


 
2. Exchanging before dispatch

* For exchanges and returns, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.

* Once your order status is in [Pending Shipment], we cannot accept requests to add or exchange items.


- You may change options within the same product before your order is dispatched.

- Option changes are not accepted if prices vary by option.

- To cancel or exchange sets and 2-for-1 deals before dispatch, leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.

- You can change your delivery address by leaving an inquiry on the Customer Service board only if your order status is in [Processing].

- To change your address while your order status is in [Pending Shipment], please contact the courier directly.

- You can change product quantity or partially cancel orders before dispatch by leaving an inquiry on the Customer Service board only if your order status is in [Processing].

※ You cannot add more products to your order. To do so, cancel the entire purchase and place your order again.


[Cancellations due to stock delay]

If your product is not dispatched for 10 or more business days due to stock delay, you can request a cancellation via the Customer Service board.

(If you are no longer eligible for a shipping fee discount following a cancellation due to stock delay, we will take responsibility for shipping fees.)



3. Exchanges/returns after delivery

* We don’t accept return/exchange/cancellation after shipment due to change of mind.

* For exchanges and returns, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.

* To order additional products, cancel/return your current order and place a new order.

* All product-related inquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery in order for us to process your request.

* Exchange requests are accepted up to 2 times per order.

* Exchange requests are not accepted for defects found in in free gifts.

* To change your shipping address for an exchange, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.


 
[Exchange/return policy for defective or wrong items]

- For defective or wrong items, leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board within 7 days of delivery or 30 days after discovery of defect to request an exchange or return. (We will be responsible for return shipping fees.)

- Include the following information in your inquiry so we can process your request more quickly.



[Product list, product photo, evidence of damage/defect/wrong item]

 
※ The following cases are NOT eligible for exchange/return:

- return/exchange/cancellation after shipment due to change of mind.

- Seven days have passed since delivery

- Product has been used

- Product is returned without prior request

- Product packaging (tag, instructions, accessories, etc.) is damaged or missing

- Product is contaminated or damaged due to customer mishandling

- Product is altered or modified after delivery

- Product shows traces of use

- Incorrect or missing address/recipient not at address

- Other: Product value is decreased due to opening/separate return policies are specified on product page

Refunds
 


[Return process]


1. For wrong, defective, or missing items, contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with the following information.

- Name/ID:
- Order number:
- Product name:
- Full product image or video (of wrong or defective product):
- Close-up product image or video (of wrong or defective product):
 

2. Once your return is confirmed, follow the instructions accordingly to ship your product back.

- Original packaging, accessories, and free gifts must be included in return package

- Return package must arrive within 30 days of request

 
3. Please share your tracking number once your return package is shipped.


4. Your refund will be issued once your return package is received and inspected.


 
[Return shipping fees]

Return shipping fees are charged according to the following:

- For returns due to change of mind or size exchange requests, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- For wrong, defective, or damaged items, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.

※ Shipping fees cannot be wire transferred or sent as cash. Shipping fees are either deducted from your refund or processed on a private payment page.
※ Return fee may be incurred upon return.
※ All return costs incurred due to the customer's reason are not answered by the customer.

Your refund will be made to the credit card you used for payment.

Refunds may not show on your account until the next month depending on your card’s billing cycle.
